Arundel Men’s Shed is a new, local initiative and part of the international group providing hubs for men to get together, share skills (and learn new ones), work with other local groups, meet existing friends and make new friends, and generally socialise.
We're just getting started here in Arundel, so come and join us as we begin the journey to shape your shed the way you want it.

Men’s Sheds encourage people to come together to make, repair and repurpose, supporting projects in their local communities, improving wellbeing, reducing loneliness and combatting social isolation.

Did you know?
Men typically find it more difficult to build social connections than women, and unlike women of a similar age, fewer men have networks of friends and rarely share personal concerns about health and personal worries. It is not the case for all men, but for some, for example when retirement comes, it can feel like personal identity and purpose is lost.
Men’s Sheds can change that!
